About the Role

The Attorney Support Specialist is an integral part of Latham’s Attorney Support team.  This role will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm’s lawyers by providing comprehensive administrative support while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our Tel Aviv office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. 

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, document management/edits, and travel arrangements
  • Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
  • Preserving the confidentiality of firm and client protected information
  • Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
  • Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers

  • Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
  • Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Exhibit the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms

 

And have:

 

  • Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers
  • Relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Knowledge of Chrome River, Outlook, 3E, Cisco Phone, Intapp (DTE), InterAction, Event Management System (EMS), and specific technology as assigned
  • Knowledge and proficiency in PC applications required, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
