About the Role

As a Workplace Experience (WE) Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Workplace Experience team, based in our Brussels office. In this role, you will not only ensure that our clients, whether remote or in-person, receive a best-in-class experience, but you will also coordinate a team of customer-focused professionals. Your coordination skills will be key in fostering a collaborative environment where team members are motivated to deliver exceptional service. Your mission will be to cultivate genuine and personal connections with clients, creating customized experiences that enable them to work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Delivering timely, accurate, and seamless client experiences with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Evaluating, identifying, and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the Workplace Experience
  • Consulting with clients to tailor requests to specifications; offering guidance in a poised and productive manner
  • Acting as a resource person to Latham & Watkins employees regarding all aspects of facilities operations and accompanying services
  • Consulting with current and potential customers to clarify conference requests; providing advice regarding services for audio visual equipment, and explaining services available

 

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Exhibit well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
  • Display proficiency in MS Office and other technology platforms and resources
  • Possess the ability to prioritize effectively and handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion

 

And have:

  • Experience working in a similar role that demands first-class customer service, preferably within the hospitality sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
