The Human Resources, Recruiting and Legal Talent Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent (HC&T) team. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across the HC&T function, combining human resources (HR) responsibilities with involvement in recruiting and legal talent initiatives. This role will be located in our Milan office.

The pay range for this role is €35,000 – €45,000. Placement within the range will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies, in accordance with objective and non-discriminatory criteria. The employment relationship will be governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector (CCNL Commercio). #Associate #LI-AJ1
